John is Managing Principal of Arrow managed Funds as well as accountable for Arrow’s Platforms, Portfolio Management Performance, Fund Operations, IT & Change.

John’s role as Co-Head of the Fund follows from his two-year role as Italy Country Manager, creating and leading Arrow’s Italian strategy. During the same period, he played a key role in raising Arrow Credit Opportunities 1. Joining Arrow in 2010, John was Arrow’s Portugal Country Manager and Whitestar CEO.

Prior to that, John gained more than 15 years’ experience across various international capital market institutions, including as COO of MIAC Assurance Corporation, Head of Operations at SCA, which he joined after an independent consultant role overseeing the build out of the first independent, NPL servicing company in Portugal, and CIO at Clayton.

John began his career at MBIA.

Antoine Castro has over 24 years of experience in real estate.

He begins his career as portfolio manager before occupying management positions at companies such as Morgan Stanley Real Estate, Quantum Global Real Estate and Fosun Hive Holding. Antoine joins PAREF Group in 2017 as Chief Executive Officer to oversee its international expansion. Antoine is also Fosun Global Partner and board member of PAREF.

Antoine is a Finance graduate from the University Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I) and holds a degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Evry-Val-d'Essonne.

RICARDO RIO nasceu em novembro de 1972, é casado e pai de três filhas. Nasceu em Braga e estudou no Colégio Dublin, na Escola André Soares e nas Escolas Secundárias Carlos Amarante e Alberto Sampaio. Licenciou-se em Economia pela Faculdade de Economia do Porto, onde completou também a parte curricular do Mestrado em Economia. Concluiu ainda o Curso Avançado de Estudos Políticos do IEP, da Universidade Católica de Lisboa.

Foi Secretário-Geral da Associação Portuguesa de Analistas Financeiros e Diretor do Instituto Mercado de Capitais da Euronext Lisbon. Em paralelo, exerceu durante vários anos a atividade de consultadoria pública e empresarial, tendo sido consultor em diversos Programas da Porto Business School.

Ao longo da sua carreira, colaborou com entidades como a CCDRN – Comissão de Coordenação e Desenvolvimento da Região Norte; a AEP – Associação Empresarial de Portugal; a Associação Industrial do Minho; o IFCTS – Instituto para a Formação do Comércio, Turismo e Serviços; a Pamésa; a Astrolábio; a Universidade Fernando Pessoa; o Instituto de Gestão dos Fundos de Capitalização da Segurança Social; a Fundação para a Ciência e Desenvolvimento da Câmara Municipal do Porto; a Euronext Lisbon; a QI – Quociente de Imagem; a ComunicAction; e diversas Autarquias (por via direta ou pelo trabalho conjunto com a Sigma – Team Consulting). Prestou ainda assessoria ao Conselho de Administração da Casa da Música e à Fundação Cidade de Guimarães.

Ricardo Rio foi também docente universitário, tendo lecionado na Universidade Fernando Pessoa, no ISAG -Instituto Superior de Administração e Gestão do Porto, na Universidade Lusíada e no IESF – Instituto Superior de Estudos Financeiros e Fiscais.

A nível de cargos públicos, Ricardo Rio foi vereador na Câmara Municipal de Braga desde 2005. Foi membro da Assembleia Municipal de Braga, no mandato de 2001 a 2005. Assumiu funções como Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Braga desde 2013. Atualmente é Vice-Presidente da Direcção da Associação transfronteiriça de municípios “Eixo Atlântico do Noroeste Peninsular”, é Presidente do Conselho Executivo da Comunidade Intermunicipal do Cávado e preside aos Conselhos de Administração das EmpresasMunicipais Theatro Circo e InvestBraga. É membro do Comité Executivo da EUROCITIES, do Comité Executivo do Global Parliament of Mayors, do Comité das Regiões e da direção da ATP - Associação de Turismo do Porto. É também, desde 2016, um dos Champion Mayors for Inclusive Growth da OCDE. Em 2022 foi distinguido com o galardão de “World Mayor Sustainability Award”, atribuído pela The City Mayors Foundation.

Séverine BOUTEL, CEO of Nhood Portugal

Séverine BOUTEL, 47 years old, MRICS, with a master's degree in Real Estate Law and an Executive MBA , started her career in 2002 in Commercial Real Estate at Société des Centres Commerciaux and later at Unibail-Rodamnco-Westfield.

She joined Immochan Russia in 2009 with the mission to structure the local operations business and open Akvarel. In 2020, was appointed Head of the Marketing department.

In 2014, Séverine became Operations Director of Immochan China, then Regional Director and later Country Director, before taking over general management at the end of 2018. Séverine was appointed CEO of Ceetrus Portugal at the end of 2019 and then of Nhood Portugal in 2021. In 2021, she takes over Nhood’s Portugal management, a real estate solutions platform that aims to create, revitalize and transform cities, neighborhoods and mixed-use assets into living places.

Mr. Rosso is a Partner at LCN Capital Partners covering the European market with special focus on sourcing, underwriting, structuring, acquiring and financing in Western and Southern Europe.

Prior to that, he has held different positions in the finance industry and has extensive experience and more than 18 years in business origination, development, analysis and transaction management. Mr. Rosso started his finance and real estate career at Eurohypo AG (Commerzbank Group), one of the leading real estate lenders in Europe, and expanded the bank’s lending business in Italy. He later joined Banque LBLux S.A. (BayernLB Group) and originated corporate and real estate debt in the Benelux area for real estate as well as project finance transactions. He was mandated by Duesseldorfer Hypothekenbank AG (Lone Star Group), to expand its real estate lending business in The Netherlands and managed the bank’s entry into the Spanish market. Mr. Rosso originated, structured and negotiated commercial real estate transactions in various European countries covering different real estate asset classes, either cash-flow generating or complex development projects.

Mr. Rosso graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management where he majored in Banking and Management at and holds a Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst IREBS DVFA and bank officer diploma.

Patricia Pinto has held the position of Investor Relations Director for the past 16 years. In 2022, she joined the Sonae Sierra Investment Management team after being Head of IR in two companies of the Sonae group, a conglomerate, and the largest private employer in Portugal. Prior to that, she worked as a business CFO at Siemens in Portugal. Her international career began at Siemens in Germany, where she managed telecommunication network clients across several European countries. Patricia holds a degree in Economics from the Porto School of Economics.

Pedro joined JLL as head of Capital Markets, in March 2007. In 2011 he assumed the leadership of JLL Portugal.

He has a degree in Management from Instituto Superior de Gestão and a Post-Graduation in Real Estate Valuation Management from ESAI.

Pedro has more than 20 years of experience in the Real Estate sector. He began his professional career in the Banking sector, where he remained for four years. At the end of 2001, after finishing his Post-Graduation, he moved to the Real Estate sector and worked in two companies, first in an Investment Department and then as Assistant Director of New Business in Portugal.

He is married and has 6 children. You could say he truly has a big family. Pedro enjoys traveling and skiing. He has always loved sports and is a great fan of a soccer club.

Antonio is at the frontier of the real estate & information industry in Iberia. With over 20 years' experience in the market, he is the founder of Iberian Property, the leading news, data & events platform for Iberian Investment Real Estate. Antonio is also the founder and director of Vida Imobiliaria ([www.vidaimobiliaria.com](http://www.vidaimobiliaria.com)), the local language professional magazine for the Portuguese spoken world in Portugal, Angola and Mozambique. He is also a partner of Confidencial Imobiliario ([www.confidencialimobiliario.com](http://www.confidencialimobiliario.com)), a leading information service for the residential market, covering both Portugal & Spain and has been a Fellow of the RICS since 2014 and Board Member of RICS Portugal since 2017. Antonio studied at the Universidade do Porto followed by a Masters at Universidade Catolica Portuguesa and was also a Vice President at MSCI from 2000-2016.
