He was Chairman of the Associa&ccedil;ao de Consultores e Avaliadores Imobiliarios and Board Member for RICS Portugal. In charge of teaching comparative real estate at ESAI and in a masters&#39; course in management and real estate finance at CEMAF/ISCTE. He has a degree in Systems Engineering from Instituto Superior de Matematicas Aplicadas and a master in Finance and Company Financial Management from ISCTE- INDEG. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and appraiser certified by the CMVM.</p>
