On the 10th anniversary of the approval of the REIT regime in Spain, under the name of the SOCIMI regime, EPRA - European Public Real Estate Association and IBERIAN PROPERTY are pleased to present for the sixth time in Madrid an essential debate aimed at the national and international investment community.

Interest rates are rising to the highest levels in the last ten years, what does this mean for the European economy and the Iberian real estate sector, how will companies adapt to this new world and what can we expect in the near future?

Real estate is the long-term investment with the best risk-adjusted return, which allows an inflation hedge for major institutional investors. The European listed real estate market is a highly regulated and transparent tool to promote long-term investment. Listed real estate companies are among those offering the best cash returns. Are listed real estate companies the best option and is this enough to convince investors and managers?
